My property was quite unusual in having low value house on high value land. It was therefore not possible to review similar property sales and we were initially overpriced. On the second return to the market we put more focus on the land and we got a satisfactory result. Throughout the process Jan remained confident that a sale would be achieved. Her wording of the advertising was splendid. The photography and staging were impressive, her recommended photographer certainly delivered.

Professional, wrote a great descriptive piece to sell the property with excellent photo package to go with it. Her initial hard work is what sold the property much quicker than we expected and more than $300,000 more than my ex told me we could get for it. She kept us both informed thru the entire process and her whole package was much better than the other agency's.

Not an easy property to sell but Jan took on the challenge and managed to overcome every issue working with a remote vendor online.
