After meeting with Jan for a viewing, she quickly picked up on the style and size of home we were really after. She was very responsive and was even willing to show us around the house via FaceTime as we're based in Auckland. After settling for a property she successfully helped negotiating with the vendors (maybe sightly trying to push for a higher purchase price, but I guess that comes with the business). It all worked out in the end.
