I was always aware of Jans reputation and experience in the field of real estate as I have known her since we grew up in the same area I have at times suggested her as an agent when a few people have asked for suggestions. I found her easy to communicate with and full of knowledge of all the processes involved in selling my property
I chose to go with Jan as I had worked with her before. I had wonderful service last time so I knew I would get the same this time. Jan and I discussed the time of the year and the price range and I followed her advice. My house was under contract within two weeks with the price in the middle of the range Jan projected. Her advice was spot on. Jan has kept in touch with me all the way through, from when we started talking till the sale went unconditional. She did an excellent job of persuading the purchaser to pay a lot more than they originally offered. She has always been available either by txt or phone whenever I’ve needed reassurance.

I have recently had to act as Oower of Attorney in selling her house. Doing this from a six hour drive away is never much fun. But Jan was very very helpful, communicated well, direct and to the point and so helpful with organising local things to be done that made my life a lot easier.
