We appreciated Jamin and his team, in particular Victoria and auctioneer Bridgit being expert, great communicators and easy to deal with. Thank you Jamin for your market insights, flexibility in meeting our personal requirements during the selling process. We have no hesitation in recommending you and your team.

Jamin (along with Tim J) have been very diligent and achieved a pragmatic outcome for us as vendors. We greatly appreciated Jamin’s endeavours acting in our best interests.

Jamin was great from the start giving us a realistic price point to advertise the 4 units. Constant feedback after every open home and during offers from buyers. I would recommend Jamin to a friend

Jamin was upfront with all the marketing cost, real estate fees and auctioneers fees. Also very honest with what the expectations of selling the house. I left Jamin with the job to sell my house he kept me well informed with open homes and kept me up to date with any issues. When going to the auction he explained the process very well so no surprises on auction day. Due to Jamin's enthusiasm and great marketing strategies he managed to get a number of interested parties to bid for the house and consequently the house sold above my expectations. My whole experience from listing to selling with Jamin was again above my expectations and would thoroughly recommend Jamin to anyone selling their house

I recently purchased an “as is, where is” property through Jamin Marshall , and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received throughout the process. Buying a home with this kind of condition can be daunting, but Jamin was transparent, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. He provided all the necessary information upfront, were honest about the property’s condition, and never tried to oversell or gloss over important details. What really stood out was their responsiveness and willingness to answer any questions I had—no matter how small. He clearly understood the unique aspects of buying “as is, where is” homes in New Zealand and offered great insight that helped me make an informed decision. Thanks to Jamin Marshall , the entire experience felt smooth and professional. Had such a good experience with Jamin. He was always there for us when we needed him, made the process simple and easy.

Jamin took over our listing from another agent, and barely three weeks had passed before we received multiple offers. Jamin's sales strategy was well-thought out, and his communication throughout the process was second to none. Jamin will be the first agent we call upon for all our needs moving forward. We could not be more impressed!
