Fantastic experience

I first met James buying a property off him. That proved to be an easy sale and I was well informed when making the purchase. But it was after that where James shone. He maintained polite and genuine interest in the property I had purchased. As such, I did a major renovation on the property and due to the interest and care James had shown over a number of years, I had him sell my property as well. He appraised the property after the renovation, and while it wasn't quite at the value I was wanting initially, using great industry knowledge, I was able to see where the figures came from. And more importantly, he got me the price in that appraisal range as well, proving being honest and knowledgeable is better than over pricing something and being disappointed with the result.
