James went above and beyond

James was very approachable, dependable and likeable. His strategy for selling our house was bang on and he’s an excellent marketer. Our sale had a lot of different moving parts and he seamlessly communicated and navigated between all parties involved which took a lot of stress away from us. It was apparent that his knowledge of the market, particularly in Hastings, was second to none which is one of a few reasons why we chose him over others. All in all a very positive experience and we are very happy with the sale and would certainly recommend James and his team.
