James DELIVERED on his promise that he would sell our house and HE DID

James is our neighbor and is with takapuna office we thought best to use local branch, I have put on face book the fact that I've learnt your house does not sell itself, THE AGENT DOES, we had a very bad experience with our first listing agent and James saw it wasn't selling so he climbed the shared fence and within minutes we were cheered with his enthusiasm, all agents have buyer's but was there one for us after all this time, within days we have our first written offer, none of the issues that the first agent kept raising as reasons for not selling ever came up, we had 4 offers in all that were worth presenting and we are thrilled to have a family move into our old home as we live right next door.
