Having just sold my home on acreage of 40 years and feeling daunted with the task of finding a suitable home in the suburbs, James really listened to what I was looking for. Then using his indepth knowledge of the area found a property that I felt could be my new home. The former residents were in the middle of building a new home and were originally considering selling in a few months time. Fortunately, James was able to negotiate time lines that worked for both parties and I am now settling into my new home.
