Friendly, with a warm and easy personality to talk to ..highly recommended by friends who had listed previously with him. Also had attended an earlier open home listed by James who had bothered to find out our thoughts on the property with a quick chat when we were leaving. This was followed up later with an email too. all expectations met and exceeded.
