James was very approachable with questions we had and ensured we understood all of our options and helped navigate us through selling of our first home. His knowledge was very valuable and we had a great result because of that. He stopped to listen how much our home meant to us, it wasn’t just a home and I feel that James was able to get that message across to buyers. Highly recommend 10/10
