Jake made selling our house an ease !

Jake is a very friendly, caring, down to earth person. He is humble but highly professional, always on time and an excellent communicator; informing us about every step of the process. Jake always went the extra mile (even after we got a conditional offer on our house) and we never felt pressured to sell and were instead able to wait for the right offer. Jake has a great eye for detail, excellent photography skills and always offered his help before viewings (he even cut our bamboo hedge while we were away on holiday). Jen is a very friendly and easy to talk to person, highly professional and an excellent negotiator. We are very thankful for all the hard work Jake and Jen did for us, they are a great team and we felt like we were in the best hands possible. Their hard, diligent work, made it possible to find the perfect buyer for our house, admist a difficult market. We highly recommend Jake and Jen would work with them again in a heartbeat.
