Poor Steve had the task of dealing with us as fussy buyers. We went to so many of his open homes and private viewings that were arranged as we were in the car driving down to Cromwell, before we finally bought. Despite all this, he was always patient, professional and nothing was ever a problem. He could answer any question and he impressed my husband (which is hard to do). He answered almost every phone call. If he couldn't, he returned my call promptly and also replied quickly to my texts or emails which gave me confidence in his professionalism and I felt respected as a buyer.
