Jaimee McCabe

I 100 percent recommend Jaimee. Jaimee knew what I was looking for and really helped me find the property that is right for me! Thanks I really appreciate.

Jamiee, goes the extra mile to make a stressful situation seem like a breeze with a solution to every possible pop up problem, she is a excellent communicator and has the ability to make you want to buy your own property😀

Very understanding clear on specifics, very helpful on certain areas lovely person to deal with & in person so great work Jamiee

We were struggling to sell our property and, having previously sold two properties for us, Jaimee was the first person we thought of. Initially, I wasn’t sure if our property was within her area, but once we discovered it was, we got her straight on the job! What a difference she made! Where our previous agent couldn’t even get people through the door, Jaimee had buyers coming through in droves — even through four consecutive weeks of absolutely terrible weather! Her determination, commitment and ability to get people interested in our property were incredible. Jaimee went above and beyond, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. She achieved what others couldn’t, and we are so grateful we trusted her with the sale. If your current agent can’t sell your property, get Jaimee! She gets results! Well done, Jaimee, and a huge thank you again. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to sell their home!

Excellent Marketing & Negotiation Skills. Jaimee was able to achieve a cash unconditional sale on a tricky as is property, at above the anticipated price in a very tough market.

Very attentive from day one and flexible with the approach based on feedback received and what the market was saying. Great communication throughout with the portal and direct communications over the phone.
