In short, Jaime was born to sell property. She has a unique knack of seeing beyond the dollars into the hearts of the people who are selling their beloved homes, and understands the emotional element of moving on. This is the X factor, although Jaime has many other impressive qualities such as truly loving her job (and being a workaholic!), a good good grasp of the market but most importantly the ability to articulate the facts into an easy-t-understand message. While I had always sworn that I would use Jaime to sell my house when the time came, I hadn't truly understood the extras that Jaime and her team do, and now, at the end of a successful sale in a very difficult market, I am full of awe.
