We were really impressed by Eva and Jaime. Great communication at all times and realistic advice. The photos and the videos looked fantastic and the marketing package helped to ensure we had lots of people through the door. We were very happy that we received an offer above the asking price and before the deadline. The process was very smooth overall and we would definitely use Jaime and her team again in the future.
We had the absolute pleasure of having Eva guide us through the process of making our recent land purchase. Eva is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, organised and professional, which made our experience not only a breeze, but actually really enjoyable! We are so grateful to have had her play such a huge part in this special moment in our lives. Thank you Eva, you're one of a kind! We would 100% recommend Jamie Slater to anyone buying or selling! 🫶
Working with Jaime made the home buying experience so much easier. She gave frank advice, was supportive throughout and overall lovely to work with.
"We met Jamie Slater several years ago and were always impressed by her professionalism. So, when it came time to say goodbye to Olivio~nor, our Tuscan Villa in Martinborough, we knew we could completely trust Jamie and her amazing team to handle the sale. From start to finish, the experience with Tremains was incredible. Throughout the entire process, they went above and beyond in their service, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, honesty, and communication. We couldn't have asked for a better team to lead the way." We are super excited to say to anyone wanting to sell, don't hesitate in contacting Tremains if you are wanting SOLD.
We were delighted with our experience selling our home with Jaime and the team at Tremains. They kept us informed every step of the way to produce a successful sales result. We highly recommend this motivated and driven team if you are considering selling your home.
We recently had the pleasure of purchasing our lovely new home through Jaime and Zoe at Tremain's in the Wairarapa, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making our transition to the beautiful Wairarapa region smooth and enjoyable. Jaime and Zoe's professionalism and knowledge of the local market were evident throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that we found the perfect home for us. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service made all the difference. Thank you, Jaime and Zoe, for making our home-buying experience so positive. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Wairarapa area.
We have now purchased once, and sold twice with Jaime Slater. On each occasion, we have found Jaime fantastic to deal with. Her knowledge of the real estate business, her communication skills, and degree of professionalism are at the highest level. She displays extraordinary negotiation skills and has such an easy and friendly manner that helps to relieve the stress involved in the buying and selling of property. Jaime has just sold, unconditionally, our Lansdowne property in FOUR days from listing !! Why would anyone consider listing their property with anyone else ? Thank you Jaime for a wonderful result !!
Jaime was considerate and efficient throughout the purchase process. She was quick to return calls and worked with kindness, understanding the human side to buying/selling.
Jaime and her team were professional, confident and a joy to work with throughout the entire process from listing to the final sale. The property took 6 months to sell but throughout she was always confidant and helpful. They gave good solid advice from a very good knowledge of the market Their communication was excellent using Whats App or phone. She was always available (within a suitable time frame) to discuss progress
