We reached out to Jaideep due to his market knowledge and advertisements around our neighborhood. He gave us insight to the current property market in our area and we received rough estimations of sale price but due to the how long the sale took to complete (around 9 months from the start of listing with Jaideep to settlement), the sale price that we got was much less that original expectations. We felt that communication with Jaideep was good for the most part, we worked together with him and his team to make sure that open homes ran smoothly ensuring that we gave our property the best chance for a sale. He also gave us the best marketing package that we could get with our limited budget. We're giving him 4 stars because we felt that we were getting pushed to consider much lower offers compared to our adjusted and realistic expectations. Due to the market in late september 2024, we couldn't expect prices closer to the initial quotes given to use by Jaideep in early 2024 and we felt at the end of the process, we were presented and pushed towards offers much less than the lowest price that we want to take - which we communicated with Jaideep. This was the disappointing aspect of the sale as vendors pay for the services of real estate agents and they should be trying to get you the most money for the property. Overall, we would recommend him to friends and family looking to buy or sell houses in Ormiston.
