Jacqui is quite the expert in Marybank - she came to our attention after selling the house in front of us and another 6 houses away that had been on the for 6 months with less able salesperson. She is not type of agent that 'Buys the listing" and you out later they have no idea of your areas current market. the best type of agent - low key approach and not at all 'look at moi, look at moi" She only had qualified buyers thru our place , no open homes, and worked with us fixing inspection times . she elicited 4 offers and and the best one , although conditional won the day Barbara and i would recomend Jacqui as a Agent !
