Review of Jacqui Kendall for the sale of 9 McQuarrie Ave, Manurewa
With the Auckland property market as volatile as it is, providing accurate market appraisals must be very difficult. In advising us on the sale of our property Jacqui walked a professional but conservative line, not wishing to over promise and under deliver. We were all very fortunate that the sale exceeded everyone's expectations. We found Jacqui very approachable and helpful, and she communicated well especially when asked. There were some documentation steps which were a bit sporadic which made understanding the process and obtaining signatures at short notice from third party Trustees problematic. However, the end result was very good.
