Very relatable guy with great market knowledge

Jacob is a good listener who took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve. He gave us sound advice in a very difficult market which led to a sale. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept an eye on the place while we were off island. He was clear about what we needed to do and offered suggestions around the marketing strategy which we adopted.
