Jaco walked us thru step by step on the purchase of our first home. Made the process much easier than expected and was very helpful with our situation keeping the ball rolling with great communication throughout. I did my homework on Jaco before I contacted him, checked his profile and online info. I was really impressed by what I read and knew he’d be the one for the job. From start to finish his professionalism, friendliness and confident manner, not to mention excellent communication, saw to it that I had only minor stress moments, and even then I could always contact him, ask him a few questions and he would always reassure me that everything was going fine. Which it obviously did because I am very happy with the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent, and already tell people about him even though they’re not thinking of selling yet I wish him all the best, I think he’s doing a fantastic job job

I had to move to Australia and selling my house was a very stressful thought. Jaco went above and beyond to help me understand what was happening everyday step of the way. He provided me with valuable insights and advice to make informed decisions. He kept me informed about open homes and viewings. Even the time difference did not stop him to keep me updated and answer my questions. During the time that an offer was made, there were quite a bit of back and forth about various things.
