We sent an email to Jackie asking about viewing the property that we ended up buying, just because it was in an area of interest. We didn't really like the photos of the house so on the open day we didn't go for a view of this property. However, Jackie called us and asked why we didn't go to the open home and we explained that we didn't like the photos and at that time we had a viewing of a property that was really charming without anything to do but in a less desirable area. Jackie insisted for us to go and see the property and shortly after the phone call we were in the property and actually we liked it better than in the photos and despite not being perfect, Jackie helped us to see the potential of the property. Jackie was always available and gave us great advice!
