Highly recommend Jackie, Bex and Cat for anyone looking to buy/sell in the Marlborough region. Neither my husband or I are from Blenheim, and beginning the search for our first home purchase was a bit daunting. After finding a home that we loved, we got in touch with Jackie and from there she was available and interested in what we needed and we felt she genuinely had our best interest in mind. She kindly navigated a tour of the property (on short notice) and communicated with us openly and honestly about important details of the sale. Her direct and no-nonsense approach was refreshing and helped us understand what was/wasn't possible in regards to the property. After viewing the property, we promptly put an offer in, the venders accepted and we signed paperwork! The process was efficient, straightforward and painless. From the first phone call to going unconditional on the house, Jackie checked in often and made sure we had what we needed. She even provided a detailed list of local contractors to use as we begin the process of renovating the property. (Being new members of the Marlborough community, this was a huge help.)
