Jackie was very good to deal with. Professional and friendly, everything was under control. We had regular updates of progress. There were no smoke and mirror dramas going on. We knew what was happening and when and why. All communications were affable and business-like. It was a team effort with her daughter Cat. They took us into their team and got us across the line with the minimum of fuss. This was a big improvement compared to a previous recent experience with another agent.

Jackie's team were extremely helpful to me dealing with my sisters estate. They even arranged the final clean before takeover by the new owner. They put in a considerable amount of extra effort which took a huge burden from me. Jackie's team certainly went the extra mile.
