What can you say about someone who had 4 siblings to deal with and them never agreeing. Jackie stayed in there and it wasn't easy for her. Jackie communicated with us regularly and her knowledge of what needed to be done to secure a sale for the property was outstanding. Jackie kept in touch as was needed to let Mum and I know what was happening at every step with weekly updates.
