It felt like a two-way experience. They listened to our expectations and supported us all the way through. If they felt, we could do better they made tactful suggestions to help us achieve the desired outcome. We were kept up to date about prospective buyers and were given statistical details relating to current and past sales data or trends. They were encouraging and realistic in helping us achieve our goal. Considering the current market conditions, we were very pleased with the end result.
