Jack from Harcourts Gold went out of his way to make buying in a new city as stress free as he could. He was easy to deal with and informed us fully on the deadline sale process. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack to family and friends in the future.

Jack was referred to me by a friend who told me "Jack will get the job done! " As I do not live in Christchurch Jack became my go-to person for advice regarding staging the property, making sure the property was well presented prior to marketing etc. He presented me with well-informed pro/cons strategy, was prompt to reply to messages and he kept me updated at all times. With his overall knowledge, strategic mindset, understanding and energy, I managed to navigate the whole process without pulling my hair out! Thank you, Jack. Great result in a slowish market. You exceeded my expectations. Good luck for the future.

Jack gave very professional and informative advise during the sale of our property. He was enthusiastic, well prepared and a good communicator as he guided us through. We have no hesitation in recommending his services to future buyers. Thanks to Jack and team.

Jack was very professional, positive, enthusiastic and informative during our quick 3-4 week selling campaign, He also made the auction process a more relaxing and enjoyable process. We were very happy with the end result of the sale of our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack if you're thinking of selling in the near future. Thankyou also to his administration team

Jack was great at keeping us in the loop re purchase of our new home. He was professional and very responsive 😊

I was looking to sell my house, and as I had heard great things about Jack, I arranged for him to come and give me an appraisal. He turned up fully prepared, gave us tips on what to do to get it market ready, and then kept in touch over the next few months until we were ready to list it. Throughout the whole process, Jack kept in touch frequently and gave me updates. Prior to the auction I met with Jack, Lynette and the auctioneer who were all wonderful at taking me through the process for the auction. On auction day, Jack helped us get the best price possible and gave the best advice. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone!

Jack gave excellent advice on what would be best to do in presenting my property for sale and motivated me to get it to market asap. During the marketing phase Jack gave regular updates on how open days were going, and in the finish I ended up with several offers on the table. Jack, and actually all of the wider team I dealt with at Harcourts, had excellent communication and support as to what I needed to do to as the vendor, how the whole process was going and keeping me in the loop. I went with Harcourts as in the past as a buyer they were the best at actually keeping in touch and making me aware of properties for sale. As a vendor I saw the benefit of that in generating multiple offers with several coming in from buyers working with other Harcourts agents. Definitely recommend Jack and the Harcourts team

Jack & Milly were superb to deal with during our recent sale & purchase. Their understanding of our needs & regular communication during each transaction was first class. We've no hesitation in recommending Team Milligan

Have bought and sold various properties with Jack in last couple of years . Jack understands quickly what is expected and provides a fair assessment and good understanding of the Christchurch real estate market and gets on and gets the job done.

Jack was easy to deal with from the outset. He communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process and worked with us and the vendor to progress our offer seamlessly. We could not be happier with our purchase. Thanks Jack!
