What can I say, this agent has been reliable, trust worthy, patient, and transparent with every information in setting me and my family for our first home buy. This plan was set in 2023 to buy our first home. It is no doubt a scary journey especially in an unfamiliar territory. Ivanya sat in with from the beginning and supported us with laying the platform of step by step process we needed to complete but also given us information to prepare for the worse as this is a revolving market that is never assured a set price. Speaking of resilience, we finally confirmed our sales agreement after two years of planning. If it hadn't been for Ivanya to stand in our shoes and understand our situation, we would've not fully understood what we had signed up nor have built connections we needed along the way to support us. Now we at a place we are happy to call home.
