He came up with a plan A, B and C, just in case. Everything was completely see-through, no hidden fees. I enjoyed his sense of humour, which made it easier to deal with the process of selling the house. He explained everything so clearly, so it was easy to make hard and fast decisions, right then and there, as I could clearly see what I needed to do.
