I met with Isaac prior to Christmas 2022, so we could put a plan together and be ready to hit the market as soon as 2023 kicked off. Well before we met, I had already chosen Isaac, as he stood out to me as one of the most visible agents in my area, and had impressed me with the marketing material I received from time to time. With the added bonus of the Eves team being renowned for having the lions share of the Tauranga market, my expectation was to have the support of an active team, headed by a leading agent, and I was not disappointed. Our campaign kicked off right on track, and before the ad was even up online, I had a request for a viewing, and a second viewing immediately after the ad went live. The activity remained steady throughout our campaign, with a mixture of open home attendees and plenty of private viewings - which I always view as a sign of proactive marketing. More than one offer was presented, then ultimately one that sealed the deal. So only a few weeks after launching, in one of the worst markets we've seen in many years, with house prices declining and days on the market stretching out to months for many, I'm SOLD! Selling a home is so often a stressful time, and although I had one or two 'meltdowns' during the process, Isaac kept his cool and remained focused on getting me a result. Thought house price suggested by Isaac as starter price after auction too low. Request to consider reducing sell price so soon after auction post open homes a watch out for us. Had confidence Isaac would sell house on its benefits not just a low price.

We met a lot of Agents during the last 2,5 month when we were looking for a house to buy. Isaac was one of those where you could see that he loves what he is doing. And he was one who didn't push you and he was always in a good and bubbly mood. Was a quick and easy buy with him. He always came back to us quickly.
