Ohh well, it was pleasure to give review for Iresh , we were looking for a house for few months, and finally i met Iresh in Papakura during open house, i still remember how calmly he showed me the full house with each description, i felt that and i decided to call him back a very next day. Fortunately, when i called him- the first thing he told me that he knew that I liked the house and he was expecting mh call. He also ensured me that the house fulfilled all the creteria of my checklist. He coordinates very well between the vendor and buyer. He also made all efforts and did all adjustment before he leave for holidays to his home country. Me and my husband both were so stress free as he made the process so easy going for us. The best part was he also coordinates so well with our solicitor whenever we need help or unable to understand. In addition to it, He was so flexible for face to face appointment as per our time preferences even the early morning or late evening due to our working hours. The funny part he came in a gym attire to meet us onces which showed how dedicated he was towards hiz work so that he won't missed the apppointment. Well, Iresh has such a great attitude, good understanding of market, exteremely responsible and did the wonderful job. Iresh is so accessible and willing to provide variety of suggestions and guidance throughout the process of buying the property.
