We used Iresh Tennakoon (Iresh & Co ) to sell our home in Manukau last August just before Covid lock-down and he was outstanding with every marking criteria. We spoke with Iresh and Komal at our home. They spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Some of information we never know about and we are really impressed of information Iresh provide us.
