Irene definitely went the extra mile for me. A defect detected during building inspection needed to be fixed. It turned out to be a big, laborious event which she managed with a deadline of only a few days. From start to finish, there was attention to deadline, clear progress reports and commitment to the end-result, which included ensuring the auctioneer knew why and what I was looking to achieve.
