We chose to use the services of Inder and Smita because they had been highly recommended by other satisfied members of our family over the previous six or seven years. We had lived in our house in Clearwater Cove for 28 so the decision to sell and downsize was a big, important one. We had known Inder for five years and decided that he would be our preferred agent to market our property. Initially we did not want to go to auction but when Inder explained the option we saw the wisdom of his preference and decided that we would follow his experienced insights and go with his marketing strategy.
