Ran a very quick campaign as we had purchased. Got 5 offers in the short space of time. The offers were lower than expectation but at a difficult time in the market with a lot of uncertainty so not too surprising.

Imo made sure the photos were of a high quality. She did a lot of open homes and had another potential buyer after an offer came in. While we were not convinced going to auction was a good idea we now see that was a good marketing strategy. Selling a house has changed a lot since we sold 20 years ago. Imo was diligent in getting all paperwork in order. Her negotiation skills & market knowledge were brilliant.
