Ran a very quick campaign as we had purchased. Got 5 offers in the short space of time. The offers were lower than expectation but at a difficult time in the market with a lot of uncertainty so not too surprising.
Imo made sure the photos were of a high quality. She did a lot of open homes and had another potential buyer after an offer came in. While we were not convinced going to auction was a good idea we now see that was a good marketing strategy. Selling a house has changed a lot since we sold 20 years ago. Imo was diligent in getting all paperwork in order. Her negotiation skills & market knowledge were brilliant. At a very stressful time for us her communication skills were excellent,she was very reassuring and professional. We would certainly recommend her to other people

She was so helpful finding places that suited my needs and within my small budget, then helped guide me through the process as the sellers wanted to settle quickly so it became very chaotic but she was very good in explaining the process and following up on what needed to be done and helping to settle my nerves.
