Ifran helped the reviewer sell this property

Market changes- Expert Needed! Job Done!

I had previously dealt with Ifran and had an excellent outcome, so he was an obvious choice this time, especially since the market was changing fast. His long experience and success in sales meant that he did whatever was necessary to put my sale together-open homes, continuous follow up, being accessible and available to all parties as required. We had several sales not proceed due to bank criteria, but we [persevered and completed the sale with a very short time to settlement.
