One thing upon meeting Ifran was the feeling of no judgment and also the ease we felt upon meeting him. We decided to sell our family home of 30+ years that has had minimum renovations and were nervous about putting it on the market. We had met with a couple of agents prior Ifran and his professionalism, advice and most of all upfront attitude towards us was a bonus. Not knowing anything about selling a house and procedures to do so especially when English is not your first language, it can be a daunting task. Communications with Ifran was often and clear. We were always given notice before all house visits and he answered all our questions that we had. He kept us up to date with what is happening in the current market and emailed us weekly marketing reviews about our property which was a great analysis of how things were going. I’d definitely recommend Ifran as an agent if you want someone that will be honest with you, do his best to get your house sold regardless if it’s through him or another agent because at the end of the day he says “I work for the client” and he sure did exceed our expectations. The sale of our house was smooth and easy and most of all we are happy and can transition to the new stage of our lives. Thank you Ifran and the team at Harcourts for all your hard work and efforts.
