Received great service from Ian (and Dillon) who were always willing to avail themselves for discussions and further viewings of the property. During the negotiation process, they were available even after hours and were even willing to listen to me vent a little when it got a little sticky between myself and the vendor, ultimately proposing a solution that closed the deal.
