Ian and Lisa Molloy came and walked through our Mum's property and after that visit prepared us a market appraisal, comparing to similar (cross leased) properties in the area. They arranged the staging of the house. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, from open homes to a weekly phone call and written report about how the marketing was progressing. We sold at auction and received above the upper end appraisal price. Ian and Lisa and their daughter are a great team and I would thoroughly recommend them for selling a house.
