He makes an effort to get to know you on a personal level which makes communication flow easily. He had great knowledge of the area, the features of the house, and facilitated quick responses between us and the vendors. Ian went above and beyond to help guide us through this busy time and we can't thank him enough. Even after the deal was secured, Ian and the team continued to check in and see how we were settling into our new home. Their genuine care and commitment to their clients really stood out to us.
