An outstanding team; wise, friendly, constructive and flexible

We cannot fault the service we had from the entire team that Ian leads - including Jenny, Nicolette and Clare. They are all so well informed, flexible to accommodate client needs and incredibly collaborative as a team which is really special. We were buying an unusual property and had a lot of questions and needed several viewings which they accommodated whilst respecting the vendor. The warmth they showed was a real bonus as we were definitely out of our comfort zone, but they also respected our boundaries and didn't pester us - honestly we cannot praise them highly enough! If you are reading this team, massive thanks, your emotional intelligence, high quality communication and overall calibre of your work set you apart. You will always be welcome at our 'new home'...
