Ian gave a helping hand to a novice NZ property buyer/seller.

I owned a property which I could only live in for limited periods, and which I needed to sell, and I also wanted a property I could live in for an extended period. Ian helped me to understand the market for both selling and buying here in NZ for which I am very grateful. In particular Ian drew my attention to certain facts about properties of a certain date which might require additional investment to address certain structural problems, which I was unaware of. In combination with Jenny Chandler and other members of the Barfoot team I was able to navigate the sometimes tricky market factors unique to NZ. We have finally come very close to achieving the two goals I started with, for which I am very grateful.
