We have purchased our first home through Hunter. We found he was very honest and authentic during the process which made us feel comfortable. His work ethic made meetings and communication very easy and he has provided us with quality advice. Thanks so much again Hunter for all your help!
Top job great communication very professional in a very tight market. Always kept informed of the progress of sale from start to finish Thanks for another great sale Brent & Hunter Mark & Alison
Hunter and the team were so helpful keeping me in mind for opportunities that matched what I needed. The communication throughout the process was outstanding with Hunter contacting me regularly to check in and provide advice/info. The professionalism was top tier, from the presentation marketing of the property, the patience and empathy during negotiations, to the communication and support throughout. Thanks again!
Brent, Hunter and their team were great communicators. They have excellent awareness of the market. We felt very comfortable entrusting the sale of our property to them, thanks Team.
Brent and Hunter were and with all our dealings with Bastin Group very professional and accommodating to looking after our best interest
We recently sold two of our investment properties with Brent, Hunter & Team. We can’t recommend this team highly enough. Their communication is second to none. They worked hard to get us the results we were after. You will not regret choosing this team to sell your property!
Our experience with Hunter and Brent and the Bastin group was a very seamless and professional experience. They had awesome communication and their knowledge of the market was second to none. Would definitely recommend.
Hunter was excellent in helping two rookie first home buyers in obtaining their first property in NZ. He kept us informed of the process along the way and made sure we did our bits as necessary. He was super helpful throughout the whole process and a very good communicator. Although we did not buy directly through Andre, he was keen to show us around a few properties which would suit us, with good follow up, listening to what our needs were. Brent did a great job for both the vendors and us in getting a good deal across the line at the auction. If this is the service that Bastin Group provides, we will definitely use their services in future.
Hunter was on top of his game great communication throughout the whole process and kept everyone in the loop thank you for bringing this together
An amazing experience selling our property with the Bastin Group. We had multiple offers and accepted an offer on the house after only 16 days on the market. The communication from Hunter has been amazing and he really has gone above and beyond expectations. If you are thinking of selling your home get in touch with the Bastin Group.
We found our experience with Hunter and Brent to be really enjoyable. We were kept up to date with any new documents that were coming available as well the extra lengths Hunter went to, to speak with the council around one question we had about our new property. We're very thankful for their hard work, friendly and positive nature and willingness to be available whenever we needed them. We'd definitely use them again - but hopefully wont have too for some time now we've got a wonderful new home!
