I was very impressed with Hunter. He showed a lot of dedication and commitment to his work and is very well spoken. He made the process easy, and we knew where we were at every step. We always knew well ahead of time with open homes etc. and the reminders were good. Having someone come through the house and show us how to style was a great idea and she did a great job. I like the fact that you change the head photo and title during the sale process while reading the market and knowing what sort of potential buyer you are targeting. Selling my home with Hunter, Brent & the team at Tremains has exceeded my expectations. Within just 3.5 weeks it sold. Given the current market I was worried however Hunter and Brent were confident and put me at ease, and wow did they deliver!
