
Howard Sidnam


Howard used to work for my rental management company. He approached me with an offer from a buyer. He assured me that the offer they made was generous and advised me to accept. I counter offered at an increase of $20,000. He appeared reluctant to present the counter offer, but did so. The buyer accepted my offer. Howard knows his stuff but I felt that he was working for the buyer rather than for me, yet I got to pay for his services.
