We sold with Holly as she had sold a house near us and liked her work she had done on advertising the property to great standards it helped that she had also obtained a top result. We were not disappointed. We choose to go down the auction path. Holly explained the process and what would happen should auction not offer a result. Holly always gave as much notice as possible if a extra viewing was needed. She kept us well informed on results of our open homes and the lead up to the auction.
