Holly along with Ralph was a great team to work with. While Holly was the one who kept me posted on everything, it was Ralph who was my buddy! Always available for my queries and helped me understand the market and price points. I was on the verge of dropping Harcourts but they made sure I didnt. Thank you Holly! Thank you Ralph! Thanks Harcourts!
Trusting Holly and Ralph was the best decision I could have made, their communication was faultless as they kept me informed throughout the process and also helped get my home ready for sale by providing tradesmen and staging done when needed. They also read the market perfectly and recommended a short campaign which produced a fantastic result. These agents were incredibly hardworking but most of all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Make sure you talk to them first when selling your property!
Tanya and Holly got us both on board with their marketing campaign and everyone did their bit in making it successful. Constant and timely communications ensured a high number of viewings were achieved, with few hiccups. Price expectations fluctuated during the process, with the negative feedback coming through causing some pessimism, but that's the breaks with transparency. The initial sale price range indictation proved reliable. Well done Tanya and Holly.
From the beginning when we met Holly, her professionalism, market knowledge and interest in our needs as sellers and buyers shone through. She was immediately enthusiastic about selling our home and helping us find another perfect house for our family of 4. She provided insights into the market, when the best time to sell and buy was and tips for what we could do with our home to prepare it to go on the market. She demonstrated patience when we delayed the process once or twice and encouraged us to keep positive when we started to doubt. In the end, we managed to sell within a week, thanks to Holly’s proactive approach and targeted focus on buyers for our home. Holly has been cheerful and positive every time we’ve met her, always smiling and ready to help. Her bubbly personality makes her an enjoyable person to talk to, about more than just houses! We’ve shared laughs, disappointments and late evenings, but throughout Holly has been communicative, responsive and professional. We couldn’t recommend her enough.
Holly worked tirelessly to get us the house dreams. She was proactive when we asked to look at the property and got us in there first to have a look around! She managed the negotiations professionally and with dedication to making the transaction as smooth as possible. When it came down to the day, which was incredibly stressful, she absolutely came through for us. She kept us informed and we felt looked after every step of the way!
No matter when you contact them, they will reply quickly, and the information around the house will be answered quickly, professional, and the service is very good
Thank you so much, Holly, for your help with selling my home. You made the process simple and easy to understand for me, and I appreciate your patience and expertise. Your insight was extremely valuable to me and I don't think I could have done this without you.
We are so grateful to have had the opportunity for Holly to be our agent for buying our first home. Holly's bright energy, consideration and kindness helped ease our nerves whilst going through the homebuying process. Holly was incredibly accommodating and was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. We cannot thank Holly enough for all she has done for us. We 100% recommend Holly to anyone buying or selling their home.
Holly was warm and supportive through the stressful process of selling and buying. With her co-agent Tanya, she ensured we were kept well informed throughout. We really appreciated their initial advice about preparing our home for sale, and the excellent and professional communication once it was on the market and right up until a successful sale.
Holly is an experienced salesperson. Her communication style and professionalism are commendable. We particularly like her persona and knowledge of the current market.
I want to thank Holly for the kindness and accommodating nature she has put into our deal. Always smiling, engaging and helped us in arranging all that is required for the purchase. Holly kept us well informed during the process which eased our need to follow up or wonder what was happening. Thank you very much Holly.
We met Holly when we first started looking for a property (the 2nd time around) and she was in regular contact with us. She knew what we were looking for and always kept us up-to-date with new listings and was keen to take us through properties she believed we would be interested in, or at least ticked SOME of the boxes. And finally... she found us a house I'm sure we will be really happy in for years to come. Thanks Holly!
