I bought the house from Brad 15 year ago and sold it through Brad and Holly recently. I talked to a number of agents in masterton but ended up going with Brad. Yes it was a different type of house to sell but Brad and Holly turned up for open home and then reported on how they went, every week. It took close to 6 months to sell and price expectations changed as the market changed in that time. My main focus was to be able to downsize and move and not have to use any savings.
