I recently worked with Holly Jones and her team at New Brighton Ray White to sell my home in Wigram. They were professional and efficient throughout the process. Holly and her team provided sound advice on preparing my home for sale and connected me with reliable service providers to help ready the property. Their market analysis was thorough, and they helped determine a suitable price point that attracted interest. Holly’s strategic approach in marketing the property proved effective, leading to a successful sale. Overall, the service was professional and straightforward, with clear communication and regular updates which made the process manageable. I would recommend Holly Jones and her team for anyone looking to sell their home.
Where do I start. What a fantastic team of very professional, knowledgeable and very caring people. Communication is absolutely is the best. Thank you so much Holly Jones it was a delight to work with you and Sydnee. I highly recommend this company, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Your whole team is simply the best.
I researched carefully, a number of Real Estate Companies and Agents. Before settling with Ray White and Holly, I spoke with 4 other Agents from different Companies. Holly stood out. My hunch to join forces with an Agent who had a successful sales history and was particularly familiar with local area sales was the correct one. Other Companies offered tempting cheaper commissions, but Holly's enthusiasm, confidence, sales history, and lovely manner was more important to me. Overall, the Ray White, Holly Jones experience was outstanding. Our house sold promptly and for a figure greater than what I had expected. Holly kept me regularly informed as she and her team went about their work, and I felt completely at ease throughout the campaign. Based on my experience, if you want a genuine, hard working Agent, who leads, knows their craft and is proven at it, Holly will not disappoint. Well done Holly, we appreciate and thank you for the successful house sale experience.
Holly and her team kept me informed and up to date with progress of the sale. Was helpful answering queries I had and completely fitted in around my schedule.
