My house was sold after the first open home. To be fair, the house really sold itself as it was built using quality materials in the 70’s. Ray Whites marketing team outdid themselves with the advert, the photos were awesome. I’m very pleased with the total outcome and would not hesitate to use Ray White again.
The team made the selling process super easy and communication was clear and simple. Everyone I dealt with was professional and the photographer did a great job for the marketing. I would recommend for anyone selling in the future.
Ricky is a natural with his great people skills and keeping potential buyers interested and informed, working with people is a definite strength of his. I also appreciated the time he took to talk to us as vendors and answering our questions. He isn't so focused on being able to answer questions around the selling process and paperwork, but his other skills make up for this.
Most of my dealings were with Dominika and I found her very knowledgeable and helpful. She always got back to very promptly, did her job extremely well.

Holly was great to work with, however we were told that she would look after our sale and personally see everything through and this didn't happen. Her team was great though, with communication until after the auction, then the communication slipped a little.
