Holly successfully sold our house in Freemans Bay and we asked her to look out for property in Parnell/Remuera/Newmarket for us. The market was picking up and houses that Holly showed us were beautiful but outside our price range when bidding at auction. She asked us if there were any properties we had viewed over the past year or two that we had taken a liking too. We had viewed so many but we had seen a house in Papahia Street which we had really liked but at the time we weren't in a position to buy. Off door knocking she went and came back to us saying that the owners didn't sell and had decided to stay put but were open to us viewing the property. Holly arranged a viewing, we were happy with what we saw, they were happy with us and the negotiating table opened. Holly's professionalism, knowledge of the property, the back and forth conversations, our endless questions and the times we thought that it was going to fall through were a testament to how this young woman operated and conducted herself. "We were not easy" She is a hard working professional who I would not hesitate in asking for her help and advise in the future. We are so delighted with this house and would employ Holly again if we were wanting to sell. It took a very long time to find our dream home.
